First separate the eggs. Mix egg yolks, cream, whole cane sugar, cinnamon and cardamom until foamy. Mix in the hemp flour.
Mix wholemeal spelt flour with baking powder and stir in. Beat egg whites with a little lemon juice until stiff and fold into yolk mixture.
Spread the batter into a greased and floured cake pan. Decorate alternately with blackberries and sliced pears.
Bake at 170 °C for approx. 1/2 hour.
