Sift gllatt flour with baking powder. Melt butter and cool.
Mix curd, powdered sugar, egg, butter and flavorings and add to flour mixture.
Knead everything into a dough and let rest covered for about 30 minutes. Divide the dough into 12 pieces. Dust work surface a little with flour.
Divide each piece of dough into 2 parts. Roll each piece into 12-15 cm long strands then twist into a cord.
Form a circle and glue the ends together. Preheat oven to 180 °C convection oven. Place the circles on a baking tray covered with baking paper and bake until golden brown.
Mix the powdered sugar with the milk and brush the lukewarm curd rings with it.
