For minced strudel knead a strudel dough from flour, oil, vinegar, salt and lukewarm water. Let the dough rest for about 1 hour.

For the filling, heat the oil and sauté the onion. Add minced meat, fry, season and remove from heat.

Roll out the dough on a floured cloth, spread the filling on it and roll it up.

Place the strudel on a greased baking tray with the seam facing downwards and bake at 200 degrees for about 30 minutes. Arrange the minced strudel and serve.
