First separate the eggs. Mix the egg yolks, powdered sugar and vanilla sugar until foamy.
Peel the bananas, mash them and add them – continue mixing. Add the vanilla pudding, curd cheese, whipped cream and baking soda and also mix briefly.
Beat the egg whites until stiff and fold in. Line a baking pan with the wholemeal butter cookies and spread the curd mixture on top.
Bake in the oven at 170 °C.
