For the toadstool muffins, pour beige muffin mix into the molds, making sure to fill the molds very high so they come out on top like mushrooms.

Bake the whole thing and let it cool. After baking, tint punch glaze a bit with red food coloring to create a natural shade of red.

Frost muffins with it and when dry, pipe dots on top with egg white glaze (mix egg whites with powdered sugar, enough to make a thick paste).

Serve the toadstool muffins.
