Have fun preparing this mushroom dish!

Rinse and dry the fish. Make a marinade with the juice of one lemon, oil and the spices and marinate the halibut in it for a little while.

Coat a large piece of aluminum foil with oil and place the fish on it.

Grill the halibut for about eight minutes on each side.

For the sauce, in the meantime, remove the peel from the onion and garlic and chop them. Clean the mushrooms and cut them into slices.

Heat the butter in a frying pan. Sauté the onion and garlic cubes in it. Then add the mushrooms. Stir-fry everything together for about five minutes.

Slowly add the red wine and then the whipped cream. Season everything with herb salt.

Rinse, dry and chop the parsley.

Serve the halibut together with the mushroom sauce. Garnish with lemon slices and parsley.
