Filling and glaze:


For the crumbly butter buttons, quickly knead the ingredients into a compact dough. Leave to rest in a cool place for 1 hour. Then form a 3 cm thick roll and cut off approx. 0.5 cm wide pieces.

Place them on a baking tray and bake at 160 degrees Celsius for about 10-12 minutes. After cooling, assemble 2 cookies at a time with jam and dip half in chocolate icing.
