For the crispy fish roll, wash the fish fillet, dab dry and chop finely. Then season the fish with salt, pepper and lemon juice and mix everything thoroughly.

Spread the spring roll dough on the work surface. Place the marinated fish in a line on the center of each sheet.

Brush the edges of the dough thinly with egg white. Fold in spring roll sheets left and right, roll up tightly and then brush the outside with the egg yolk and butter mixture on both sides.

Bake the fish rolls in the Philips Airfryer hot air fryer for 11-13 minutes at 180 °C. Arrange the crispy fish roll as desired and serve.
