For the pancake tart with vanilla-star anise cream and chestnuts, first mix the eggs with the milk, add the sifted flour and bake not too thin pancakes from the dough in a little butter.
Mix the mascapone with the star anise powder, vanilla pulp and sugar.
Place a pancake on a plate and spread with the cream. Repeat until pancakes and cream are used up. The last layer should be a layer of mascarpone cream. Sprinkle with chestnuts and pistachios and serve the pancake cake with vanilla star anise cream and chestnuts.
