Line three baking sheets with baking paper. Preheat the oven to 250 °C.
For the dough, mix all the ingredients and then divide into 3 parts. Spread one part of the mixture on each prepared tray and separate into equal-sized pieces using a dough scraper.
Bake the three portions of dough in the preheated oven in turn for about 7 minutes. Then turn the temperature down to 180 °C and bake the crispbread for another 15 minutes.
