For the microwave turkey breast with herb crust, rinse the kitchen herbs, pluck them from the stems and chop them. Peel and press the garlic.

Mix half of the kitchen herbs and the garlic with olive oil, wine and salt and season with freshly ground pepper.

Rinse the meat in cold water, pat dry and cover with the marinade in a large enough bowl and let sit for about 2 hours.

Remove the turkey breast fillet from the bowl and pour the marinade through a sieve. Press the kitchen herbs against the meat on all sides. Drizzle the meat with 2 tablespoons of marinade liquid and cook uncovered in the microwave at 600 watts for 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, mix the remaining kitchen herbs with yogurt, mayonnaise, pepper and salt to make a sauce.

Slice the microwaved turkey breast with herb crust and serve with the herb sauce.
