For the nut waffles, cream soft butter with sugar until fluffy. Add the eggs and nuts one by one, stirring the orange zest and juice into the mixture.
Stir in the flour one tablespoon at a time, then add the sour cream. Grease a waffle iron, put 2-3 tablespoons of batter in each and bake for about 2 minutes.
Sprinkle the finished waffles with powdered sugar.
