For the cocktail sauce, hard boil egg. Prepare gravy in water according to instructions and remove from heat.

Finely chop cucumber, egg, dill and parsley. Stir into sauce with mayonnaise, ketchup and lemon juice.

Season to taste with brandy, Tabasco and salt and pepper. Serve the cocktail sauce.
