Instructions:

For dried chilies, knot chilies at the green stem end on a string or kitchen twine. Then let them dry in the sun.

It is important that they hang freely and do not rest on or against anything. When they are completely dry, they make a nice picture in the kitchen as decoration and can be used in dishes at any time.

Simply crumble and mix into the desired dish, the spiciness remains!
