For Australian cutlet, cut chicken breast into fillets and soak in milk for 10 minutes.

Then coat in flour, egg and breadcrumbs and fry out in hot oil. Place on a baking sheet, brush the surface with a little tomato sauce.

Cover with ham and sprinkle with cheese. Place in heated oven at 180 °C until cheese is melted. Australian cutlet is best served with green salad.
