For the raspberry curd, wash the raspberries and whip the cream until stiff. Mix curd, vanilla sugar and sugar and fold in whipped cream. Mix in 2/3 of the berries and refrigerate for max. 30 minutes. ( Pour the remaining raspberries over the finished dessert).
For the chocolate bowl, melt the chocolate and dip a balloon in the chocolate three times. When the chocolate is hard, prick the balloon with a pin and pull it out.
Repeat the process with 3 more balloons. When both things are done, add the raspberry topping to the homemade bowl and enjoy.
