For the Styrian coconut balls, beat the butter with the powdered sugar and vanilla sugar until fluffy. Heat the white chocolate in a water bath. Mix the butter mixture with the chocolate mixture and gradually stir in the coconut. #Finally add egg and pumpkin seed liqueur and mix everything well once more. Pick up a bit of mixture with a teaspoon and form a ball with your hands. Place on a tray and let rest overnight in a cold place.
