A great pasta dish for any occasion:

Cook pasta in boiling hot salted water for about 12 minutes. Cut meat into small cubes. Remove peel from carrots, rinse, also finely dice. Clean the spring onions, rinse and cut into rings. Heat oil in a saucepan.

Brown meat, carrots and spring onions in it. Season with salt and pepper. Pour in soup, bring to a boil and simmer over medium heat for about 5 minutes. Add whipped cream and juice of one lemon, bring to boil.

Sprinkle in sauce binder while stirring, bring to boil repeatedly. Drain pasta, arrange on a platter.

Pour poultry-lemon sauce on top. Garnish with parsley and lemon.
