Lard or butter for frying
Sauté the chopped onion with a little butter, soak the rolls in water mixed with milk and squeeze them well. Put the meat through a fine mincer, you can also buy it ready-made at the butcher. Mix the meat with the bread, onion, egg, salt and pepper and divide into 8 pieces. Shape into flattened balls and roast in lard or butter.
Tip: Instead of clarified butter, you can also use butter in most cases.
