Instructions:

Creamy vegetable soups are ideal for kids who are lazy about eating. This soup is made attractive by the carrot stars. And gets the savory goodness from a tiny bit of cheese.

Rinse and clean the cauliflower. Rinse the potatoes, remove the skin and cut them into 2 cm cubes. Boil both in an eighth of a liter of water, stew until soft in 15 minutes. In the meantime, rinse the carrots and remove the peel. Make notches all around so that a star shape is formed in the cross-section. Then cut the carrots into slices and steam in half the butter until soft. Add a few teaspoons of water if necessary. Strain potatoes and cauliflower with cooking water and milk. Add cheese, egg yolks and remaining butter and mix, stir in kitchen herbs and carrot stars.

Babies as early as 6 months.

Our tip: As an alternative to fresh herbs, you can also use frozen ones – these are also characterized by a fresh taste!
