For the ham-corn strudel, cut the ham into strips, mix well with cheese, corn, sour cream and the egg. Add breadcrumbs and season with salt, pepper and parsley.

Roll out the puff pastry, spread the filling and roll it up. Brush with water and bake at 170 °C for about 30 minutes.
