Dice feta cheese, shallots and mustard gherkins. Drain capers. Cream butter with the whisks of a mixer until it turns white. Add whipping cream, mustard, paprika powder and curd and blend until smooth. Stir in mustard pickles, feta cheese, shallots and capers with a wooden spoon, season with salt and season with pepper.
Leave the Liptauer to cool. Just before serving, mix again with a wooden spoon and arrange in a baking dish.
