Instructions:

Chop parsley, cut chives into rolls, dice goat cheese. Dice garlic.

Brush dough sheets with butter and lay one on top of the other. Cut 12 squares from it (edge length approx. 10 cm). Place the dough squares in the greased cups of a muffin tray.

Fry the sunflower seeds or pistachios in a frying pan. Take them out so that they do not darken too much.

Preheat oven to 200 °C.

Briefly sauté garlic in hot oil. Sauté parsley and chives briefly. Take out, mix with crème, cheese, egg fraîche and sunflower seeds / pistachios. Season with salt and pepper and spread evenly on the pastry bottoms.

Bake for about 15 minutes.

Cut the green onion into rings, remove the seeds from the tomatoes and cut into cubes.

Garnish the quiches with them.
