Instructions:

For the flatbread, knead all ingredients into a dough for at least 8 minutes. Cover and let rise for 1.5 hours.

Roll out the dough into an oval shape and let rise for another 20 minutes.

Press several depressions into the dough with your finger, sprinkle with sesame or flax seeds, press down firmly and let rise for another 20 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 250°C and bake the flatbread for 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
