Apple Pot Pie

For the apple and curd cake, mix all ingredients except the apples in a food processor until well blended. Peel the apples, remove the core and cut into small pieces.

Mix the apple pieces into the dough mixture. Pour into a cake pan lined with baking paper and bake at 180 °C in a preheated oven for about 30 minutes.
