Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 210 °C , the hot air oven to 190 °C.

Mix the whipped cream with the eggs. Fold in the salt, marjoram and cheese. Grate the potatoes into the egg and cream mixture and stir well. Add salt to the mixture if necessary.

Grease a generously sized ovenproof rectangular baking dish with butter. Fill the dough into the mold (it should be about 2 cm thick) and bake in the oven for 20 min on the middle shelf.

In the meantime, drain the tomatoes and mash them with a fork. Season with salt, pepper and basil. Press the garlic into the sauce. Drain the cheese and cut into slices. First spread the tomato sauce, then the cheese evenly over the potato base. Season the cheese with salt.

Drizzle the pizza with the oil and finish baking in about 20 min.
