Instructions:

First, wash the apricots, cut them in half and pit them. Squeeze the lemon.

Bring the water, lemon juice, sugar and honey to the boil, stir in the apricot halves and simmer the compote for about 6 minutes.

Cover and leave to infuse for a while and serve.
