Mix curd, whipped cream and sour cream, pour into a fine sieve and place a bowl underneath. Leave to rest at room temperature for 24 hours. The whey drips off and a nice firm cream cheese is formed.Finely chop the dill and stir into the cream cheese with the pieces of salmon. Season with pepper and lemon juice.
