For the berry heart, separate the eggs and beat the egg whites until stiff. Beat the yolks with the sugar and vanilla sugar until foamy. Mix flour with baking powder and then fold into the yolk mixture alternately with the snow.

Flour and grease the heart-shaped pan, pour in the batter and bake at 180 °C for about 20 minutes. Spread the cooled sponge cake heart with jam and top with berries.

Prepare the cake glaze according to the package instructions, pour it on the fruit and let it dry a bit.
