A bean recipe for every taste:
Rinse beans, clean, chop. Brush potatoes clean and cut into slices. Dice the onion, chop the garlic. Heat the oil with 2 tbsp. water in a saucepan, sauté the onion cubes and garlic. Add beans, potatoes, savory, clear soup, salt, 250 ml water and cook on medium heat for 10 minutes. Quarter the peppers, remove the seeds and cut diagonally into strips. Add to the potatoes and simmer for about ten minutes. Cut the tomatoes into cubes, add to the vegetables and simmer for another 2 minutes. Remove the savory and season the ragout with pepper and a little salt. Stir the basil as well as the parsley finely chopped into the sour cream. On each unit a little bit of herb cream form.
