Fry bacon in hot lard, add onions, then peppers, stir. Deglaze with a little bit of water and do another little bit. Pour in meat, stew with lid closed, stirring occasionally. Add little water when it has boiled away.
When the meat is cooked, add peppers and tomatoes. Mix flour in whipping cream, add and let it boil repeatedly.
Serve with long grain rice or possibly noodles.
