Instructions:

Cut the meat into bite-sized pieces, the bacon into fine slices. Rinse the tomatoes, remove the stalk, peel the onion, cut the vegetables into eighths. Put the prepared ingredients on skewers (wood or metal).

Heat the grill butter gently in a grill pan, grill the shish kebabs over medium heat all around. If desired, season lightly with salt and season with pepper before serving.

Serves with: Grainy cooked long grain rice.
