Instructions:

Fry the tartar and diced onion in hot Mazola germ oil on 2 or automatic hotplate 5-6. Extinguish with water, bring to a boil, sprinkle in Knorr Klare Delikatess-Klare Suppe, add the spelt, cook for 30 minutes on 1 or automatic cooking plate 4-5.

Cut peppers in half, remove seeds, rinse, cut into cubes. Blanch (scald) tomatoes, peel, seed, cut into cubes. About 10 minutes before the end of the cooking time, add the peppers, tomatoes and hominy to the spelt.

Season the bell pepper pot with Italian kitchen herb mixture, pepper and cayenne pepper.
