For the chicken cutlets on pea rice, first prepare the rice. For the rice, heat the oil, add the rice and cook briefly until translucent. Then pour in the water, add the peas, salt and cover with a lid and cook on a low heat for about 20 minutes.

At the end, stir once carefully. Salt and pepper the cutlets a little, then coat them first in flour, then in egg and finally in breadcrumbs and fry them in plenty of oil.
