For the chicken breast fillet with nut breading, sprinkle flour in a deep plate. Flatten fillet on a board with a meat mallet, slice, pepper and turn in flour. In another deep plate, whisk milk and egg. In the third plate, mix nuts, wheat bran and breadcrumbs and turn the cutlet in it.

Heat fat in a frying pan and fry the cutlet in about 5 minutes over medium heat until golden brown. Turn and fry for about 4 minutes. Gently move the pan often so that the breading becomes evenly crispy.

Degrease chicken breast fillet on kitchen paper and serve garnished with lemon.
