For gratinated pork tenderloin, cut the tenderloin into 1 cm thick slices, season with salt and pepper. Coat in flour, beaten egg and finally in breadcrumbs. Heat the fat and deep-fry the breaded fillet pieces on both sides until light brown. Put the pieces of meat into a gratin dish and heat the oven to 200 °C (gas mark 3).

Mix the cream with the curry, mustard and chili sauce and pour over the fillet. Sprinkle the grated cheese on top.

Bake in the hot oven for 20-25 minutes until the cheese has melted and is lightly browned.

Serve gratinated pork tenderloin with vegetables and potatoes.
