For the Raspberry Hazelnut Curd Casserole, spread raspberries (Tk raspberries defrost in the microwave beforehand) evenly in a greased baking dish.

Cream butter, sugar and yolks, add curd. Then add semolina, vanilla sugar, hazelnuts and some rum. Finally, fold in the snow. Spread the mixture over the raspberries in the baking dish.

Bake at medium heat for 50-60 minutes, until the raspberry and hazelnut casserole takes on a brown color. Enjoy your meal!
