Peel bananas and cut into slices. Cook peas in boiling water for 8 minutes. Cool. Mix with bananas and shrimps. Mix mayo with canned milk until smooth. Add mango chutney and brandy. Season with salt, pepper and a little sugar. Pour the sauce over the ingredients form. Mix carefully.

Serve the cocktail in champagne bowls. Put a leaf of lettuce in beforehand.
