For the zucchini salad, slice the zucchini with the peel as in the preparation of cucumber salad. Cut the bell bell pepper and the onion into strips.

Mix vinegar, salt, sugar, bay leaves and water together and bring to a boil. Add Salatfix Garden Herbs, add the sliced vegetables to the marinade and bring to a boil briefly.

Remove the saucepan from the heat, add 1 package of Hermitage Aid and stir through.

Pour the zucchini salad into jars while still hot. Turn the jars upside down until cold.
