A great pasta dish for any occasion:

Rinse kale thoroughly, drain and blanch in boiling hot water for three minutes. Drain in colander. Peel and rinse carrots and cut into narrow sticks. Dice the smoked pork. Peel and dice onion. Heat oil in a frying pan.

Brown meat in it and remove. Add carrots and onion to the frying fat, fry briefly. Cut kale into strips and add to carrots form. Extinguish with clear soup, add meat and cook for five minutes. Form spaghetti in enough boiling salted water and cook for ten minutes. Whipped cream and mustard to the vegetables form and mix in.

Bind with sauce thickener, bring to the boil one more time. Season to taste with salt and freshly ground pepper. Drain the pasta and serve with the sauce.
