For the tuna spaghetti, cook the spaghetti in salted water mixed with oil until al dente. Peel the onion, cut into thin rings and fry in olive oil.

Strain the tuna, mash with a fork, add to the onion and fry briefly. Pour in stock and bring to the boil once. Stir in creme fraiche.

Add garlic, anchovy paste, parsley, salt and pepper to taste and cook on low heat for about 5 minutes. Strain spaghetti and serve with tuna sauce.
