For the crumble cake, knead flour, baking powder, sugar, eggs, salt, curd and oil into a dough, roll out and place on a baking tray lined with baking paper.

Spread currant jam on top. Crumble the flour, butter, yolk and some cinnamon into crumbles and crumble over the jam.

Place in the preheated oven and bake at 190 °C for about 20-25 minutes.
