Instructions:

For the woodruff apple tart, mix the chia seeds with the woodruff syrup and leave to soak for approx. 1 hour. Wash the lemon, grate the zest and squeeze out the juice.

Peel, quarter and core the apple and cut into thin slices. Preheat oven to 190 °C top and bottom heat.

For the dough, mix flour, soy bread spread, baking soda, chia seed woodruff mixture and lemon juice. Spread the dough on the bottom of the springform pan. Spread apple slices on top.

For the glaze, mix syrup, breadcrumbs, soy cuisine and lemon zest in a bowl and pour over apple slices.

Bake cake for approx. 40 minutes.
