A great cake recipe for any occasion:

(*) Baking tray of 26 cm ø Roll out the dough about 3 mm thick and spread the baking tray with it. Prick the bottom regularly with a fork. Briefly rinse the blackberries under cold water and lightly dry them on kitchen roll. Spread them evenly on the pastry base. Meanwhile, bake the blackberry cake in the oven heated to 220 degrees Celsius on the lowest rack for 10 minutes. In the meantime, whisk the egg yolks, heavy cream, eggs, sugar and cornflour until smooth. After the 10 min. baking time, spread evenly over the blackberries and bake everything together for another 20 to 25 min.
