Peel the potatoes and the carrot and grate coarsely.

Rinse the wild garlic leaves with cold water, shake dry and chop finely.

Mix all ingredients in a bowl. With floured hands, shape into loaves.

Heat plenty of vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the rösti until crispy.
