For the blackberry pie quickly prepare a shortcrust pastry from flour, sugar, butter, egg yolks, a little salt, half the lemon zest and a little water. Leave to rest in a cool place for half an hour.

Grease and crumble a tart pan, roll out 2/3 shortcrust pastry, line the tart pan. Mix blackberries with custard powder, sugar and remaining lemon zest and pour into the mold.

Roll out the remaining dough, cut into strips and cover the tart with them. Bake in the preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 50 minutes. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
