For the veggie roll, chop the onion into small cubes.
Puree the chickpeas with hummus, mix the onion, chickpea puree, flour, sour cream and eggs well. Season with salt, pepper and parsley.
Form loafs and turn in breadcrumbs. Fry in hot fat until golden brown on both sides.
Cut the rolls open, place a leaf of lettuce, a loaf and ketchup on each roll and serve the veggie rolls.
