For the pizza sauce, finely dice 1 onion and sauté in 2 tablespoons hot olive oil until translucent.
Squeeze 1-2 cloves of garlic and add, 1 can pizza tomatoes and 1 tsp dried oregano.
Cook, uncovered, over low to medium heat for 15-20 minutes. Season the sauce strongly with 1 tbsp. aceto balsamico, 1-2 tsp. sugar, salt and freshly ground pepper.
