For the cobbler’s patch, whip the egg whites into snow. Cream butter, yolks and sugar, mix in lemon juice and rum, slowly stir in melted chocolate.

Mix flour with almonds and fold in alternately with the beaten egg whites. Spread on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake at medium heat for 30-45 minutes.

Cut into pieces while still hot and frost firmly.
