For the grilled vegetable skewers, first prepare the marinade. Mix olive oil, soy sauce, honey, oregano, thyme and pressed garlic.

Now divide the zucchini lengthwise and cut into pieces about 2 cm wide, peel the onion and cut into eighths. Put the zucchini, onion pieces and the mushroom heads in a pourable container and pour the marinade over them.

Place in the refrigerator overnight and, when completely sealed, turn the can over or stir it frequently. Just before cooking on the grill, alternate the vegetables on the skewers. Serve the vegetable skewers from the grill.
